Once in awhile a business rises above the pack and excels in professionalism and expertise. Tobacco Road did that for me on 8/28/2023. My 2018 Street Rod 750 (XG750A) had thrown an ECM code, and was idling high. I had taken the bike to a closer dealer, but did not like the experience. Called Tobacco Road and explained the situation; not only was the parts order expedited, but Service scheduled my appointment within five days.After running their own diagnostics, and talking to me in detail about the bike's behavior, the master technicians had the diagnosis in hand, and the bike fixed, in less than two hours. My out-the-door cost was $120 LESS than I had been quoted by the closer dealer, and I received priceless customer service.I cannot emphasize enough the experience and capabilities of Tobacco Road's Service personnel, and the dealership overall. They will have my business for life, and will sell me my next bike.We tend to write about our poor experiences with businesses, but don't seem to find ten minutes out of our days to praise the outstanding companies. Salesman wild was great. But not to happy with the rest. got the walk around after purchase but had to leave bike for a few parts. When going to pick it up man came and handed key and left.
